Mixed martial arts fans will have a unique opportunity to watch some of the UFC’s biggest stars train live on Wednesday, just three days before UFC Fight Night takes place at the Etihad Arena on Saturday.
Organised in association with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), the event is part of an exciting week of fan activities celebrating the world’s premier MMA promotion.

Free UFC Fan Experience at Yas Mall
The UFC Fan Experience at Yas Mall will be open to the public free of charge throughout Abu Dhabi Showdown Week.

According to the organisers, the event is designed to bring fans of all ages closer to the sport through interactive activities and entertainment.
UFC GYM Activities on Friday and Saturday
On Friday and Saturday, UFC GYM will host live fitness sessions at Yas Mall from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, featuring:
- Live sparring showcases
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes
- Super fights
- Interactive fitness challenges
- Bodyweight endurance competitions with prizes
Ceremonial Weigh-Ins and Fighter Q&A
The official ceremonial weigh-ins will take place on Friday at Etihad Arena, with gates opening at 4:00 PM.
