Known as the world’s leading mixed martial arts organisation, UFC Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), has unveiled the return of UFC Abu Dhabi, which will take place on Saturday, July 26 at the Etihad Arena.
Abu Dhabi is back after two epic events in 2024. Topuria, who will headline UFC night in October before heading down to featherweight title at around that time, blew out top contender Max Holloway 13-0 the three rounds up until then.
August brought fight fans another elite bantamweight showdown when Umar Nurmagomedov outlasted Cory Sandhagen over five rounds for the decision victory.
Having hosted 20 events in the emirate since 2010, UFC Dhabi has established a permanent spot in the region’s sports and entertainment calendar.
