BCCI Cash Prize Announced for Champions Trophy . Team India received a cash reward of Rs 580 million from BCCI for winning the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
The monetary award will be in recognition of players, coaching and support staff and members of the Men´s Selection Committee.
The Board said in its statement, “After a stellar run in the tournament, which saw India winning all four matches in the lead up to the final, the team did so under the able and astute guidance of its captain, Rohit Sharma.”
India started its campaign with a convincing six-wicket win over Bangladesh, followed by a dominating six-wicket victory over Pakistan.
They rode that wave to a 44-run win against New Zealand, and then went on to beat Australia by four wickets in the semi-final.
India’s matches were held in Dubai after December 2024, when a neutral venue was confirmed.

The rest of the tournament’s games were held in Lahore.
After the travel experts predicted a surge in bookings resulting in a nationwide airfare spike between 20 and 50 per cent ahead of the much-awaited India Pakistan match, the airfares increased.
