Although Nadal has not officially announced his retirement, there has been no clear timetable given – but as normally, there are common assumptions the Davis cup of this year could be his last.

The 38-year-old Spaniard will be in action, along with Alcaraz, Roberto Bautista Agut, Pablo Carreno Busta, Marcel Granollers, and under the management of David Ferrer, as Spain look for the seventh title of the Davis cup.
