Later in the match, Ennis and Huddlestone were brought on as substitutes, but their efforts were not enough to turn the tide in favor of the Red Devils.
Some caution was necessary during the match, as Collyer, Shola Shoretire, and Bennett received yellow cards. Shola Shoretire was a bright spot for Manchester United’s Under-21s, scoring twice in the game in the 7th and 51st minutes. Omari Forson also contributed with a goal in the 47th minute.
