Top 5 WWE Superstars of the year

Charlotte Flair

Without a fraction of doubt, Charlotte Flair is on her way to becoming the greatest women’s wrestler of all-time. She is way above the rest in terms of both wrestling and mic skills.

She started off the year as the WWE SmackDownLive Women’s champion and faced the winner of the first-ever women’s Royal Rumble winner, Asuka, who was unbeaten ever since she came to WWE (NXT included), at WrestleMania and created history by becoming the first person to beat Asuka as she made her tap out at the grandest stage of all and retained her title.

Soon, she dropped her title to Carmella and won it back at SummerSlam when she beat Carmella and Becky Lynch in a triple-threat match. Her newest title reign was short-lived as Becky Lynch beat her to win the title which led to a high-quality feud which included the first-ever Last Woman Standing match and the first-ever TLC match that is scheduled to take place in a few days’ time.

Amidst all these, she took on Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series and even though she lost via DQ, she gave Ronda the beating of her life and walked off like a Queen. She might not go into 2019 with the title but she will be looking to have an even more successful year.
