Nine matches are done and dusted in the Qatar T0 League 2019 and Pearl Gladiators face the Swift Gallopers in the tenth game of the league. The Gladiators had their previous game against the Desert Riders rained out as the two teams shared a point. While the Gladiators are fifth on the points table the Gallopers are on the second position.
The Gladiators are yet to make a proper start in the competition. The rained out game has actually pushed them quite far in the Qatar T0 League 2019. They need to start winning matches to make it to the final four. The bowling heavy team led by Muhammad Irfan will look towards his bowlers for an inspirational performance after they lost the opening game of the season. With the bat, the inclusion of Umar Akmal will be a big bonus for the side. Along with him Sharjeel Khan and Malinda Pushpakumara will be their main hope.

The Gladiators are up against a much competitive and formidable Gallopers outfit led by Pakistan wicketkeeper-batsman Umar Akmal in the Qatar T0 League 2019. Alongside him, Imran Nazir and Luke Wright give their batting line-up great strength. Plus they have the likes of Chirag Suri and Danza Hayat in the middle-order to get the run-rate up if needed. With the ball, they are led by Pakistan pacer Umar Gul. Sufyan Mehmood and Mugheez Bajwa are the other bowlers who can make an impact.
An important thing to notice about the Qatar T0 League 2019 as it gets into its second week is that the Gallopers have scored over 150 batting first against the Stormers in their last game. They also won the game by 66 runs defending the target. This also means that the trend of winning games is now about to change.
As far as the pitch and the playing conditions are concerned, the pitch at the Asian Town Stadium in Doha is getting flatter with every game which is being played in the Qatar T0 League 2019 and is expected to help the batters even more as the tournament progresses.
