Ford Trophy is a domestic cricket tournament in New Zealand. This List A tournament has established by New Zealand Cricket in the year 1971.

The 2019–20 Ford Trophy is the 49th season of the Ford Trophy which started on 17th November and will ends on 16th February 2020. It is the 9th th in a sponsorship deal between New Zealand Cricket and American multinational automaker Ford Motor Company. As per the previous edition of the competition, the tournament features ten rounds of matches. Wellington won the last edition of Ford Trophy. Auckland won the Ford Trophy 2019-20 after defeating Otago Volts by 2 wickets in the final match of the tournament.
