Cristiano Ronaldo scored a second-half hat-trick to secure a 5-3 victory for Al Nassr. The Saudi Pro League club defeated Al Kholood on Thursday at King Saud University Stadium.
Approaching One Thousand Goals
The 41-year-old forward scored his three goals within a 15-minute period. He found the net in the 66th, 72nd and 81st minutes. These goals increase his career tally to 985. The Portuguese international now needs just 15 more goals to reach the 1000-goal milestone. He currently holds a 49-goal lead over long-time rival Lionel Messi.
A High-Scoring Contest
Julien Domingues opened the scoring for Al Kholood early in the match. Angelo Gabriel quickly equalised for Al Nassr. Sadio Mane then gave the home side the lead.
