The India Under-19 cricket team has made changes to its squad for their upcoming home series against Australia, including a back-up keeper. Tanmay Baloda of Haryana and Aryan Savsani from Saurashtra have been included in the India U19 contingent as replacements for Rohit Yadav.
The modifications were made public on September 8 by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Savsani has been named in the One-Day side and Baloda in the Multi-Day team.
Squad Call-Up For One Day For Aryan Savsani
India U19 One-Day squad – replaces Rohit Yadav with Aryan Savsani Saurashtra’s young cricketer now has a chance to be an Indian junior side for their tour of Australia.
Rajkot will host the One-Day matches with games on September 18, 21 and 23.

In the Multi-Day squad, Tanmay Baloda has been named as Rohit Yadav’s replacement. As part of the series, India U19 will face Australia in two longer format one-day matches.
The opening Multi-Day game starts after that over September 27-30 in Rajkot, while the second is planned for Ahmedabad over October 5-8.
India U19 Set For Challenge From Australia
This realignment in the squad is especially ahead of India U19’s upcoming multi-format series against Australia U19. The series will provide young players an opportunity to gain experience against quality opposition.
Though India will begin its Australia U19 campaign with the participation of two young guns Aryan Savsani and Tanmay Baloda, all eyes would be on their performances later in the month.
