India is under threat of losing the hosting rights of 2023 World Cup if it fails to pay exemptions immediately. The ICC in a single page letter has asked the board members to pay their respective tax exemptions. The message was especially directed towards the 'Big 3' the BCCI, ECB and the ACB.
