The FIM has taken due note of the Court of Arbitration for Sport decision to impose a four-year period of ineligibility on Andrea Iannone. Please find attached sanctions for Yamaha Motor Company, Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP and Petronas Yamaha SRT. Due to an internal oversight, Yamaha Motor Company failed to respect the protocol which requires them to obtain unanimous approval from MSMA for technical changes. For this reason, Yamaha Motor Company have had 50 World Championship Constructor points withdrawn. This is double the points earned whilst not respecting the protocol required for technical changes. FIM MotoGP™ Stewards Panel Sanction Update

Slow riding continues to be observed in the Moto3™ class, despite the implementation of suspensions from part of Free Practice sessions and riders losing track time as a penalty for slow riding infringements. Some riders and/or teams continue to fail to comply with the guidance they have been given. 28 different riders have made infringements so far, with many having committed multiple offences.
