Rain Threat Looms Large Over New Zealand vs India Third T20I in Hamilton

New Zealand vs India third T20I will be played today in Hamilton. The hosts are trailing 2-0 in the five-match series and thus this match becomes a must-win for them to stay alive in the series. Team India, on the other hand, are comfortably placed in the series after two back to back wins in the first two games.

Meanwhile, the New Zealand vs India third T20I is likely to be affected by rain as per Accuweather. The cloud cover will be somewhat around 91 percent with a very slight chance of rain, but still a chance nonetheless. The rain, however, should not affect the pitch which has been well rolled and looks a belter, as said by the groundsmen. Kiwi pacer Tim Southee has also hinted the pitch to be a batting-friendly one with plenty of runs in store. With big-hitters in both sides, it will be interesting to see how many runs are scored by the team batting first.
