Summerslam is a pay per view event of professional wrestling organized by WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). The event is one of the big 4 original pay per view events of WWE. Also known as ‘The Biggest Party of the summer’, SummerSlam is the second biggest wrestling event of the year after WrestleMania. This year, the SummerSlam 2019 pay-per-view is going to be held on August 11, 2019 (Local time) at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

According to rumors going around on the internet, Finn Balor’s clean loss to Shinsuke Nakamura in the intercontinental title was due to the call of Paul Heyman. Balor might join The Club because of this and that has earned him a spot among the major names fighting against Brock Lesnar in the SummerSlam WWE 2019. A little while earlier Finn Balor was nowhere near this list but recent happenings like this have made him a major contender in the contest. Also, in the royal rumble 2019, Fin Balor benefited when Braun Strowman lost his chance to contest against Brock Lesnar. Luckily for Finn, he got the chance to face Brock Lesnar in the royal rumble. The newly formed ‘Club’ will also be a major factor working for Balor this time.

Also known as the Monster Among Men, Braun Strowman lost the opportunity to win the title in the royal rumble 2019. He earned the universal title match against Brock Lesnar at the Royal Rumble by defeating Baron Corbin at TLC 2018. Unfortunately for him, he was denied this opportunity due to disciplinary issues against him by Vince McMahon. Strowman is however now on top of his league and will be facing his biggest opponent Brock Lesnar himself.

Seth Rollins is probably the most obvious opponent against Brock Lesnar according to the SummerSlam 2019 Challenger predictions and now an official statement from the tournament organizers. Despite the WWE authorities backing down from automatically matching opponents, Seth Rollins is the most obvious opponent for The Beast in the SummerSlam 2019 Universal Championship. According to SummerSlam 2019 challenger rumors, set has some questions for Brock Lesnar. A saga like last year can be seen this year with Seth replacing Roman Reigns. Rolling is said to lose his hear after winning the WrestleMania 35 universal title. If he manages to get a clean win in the SummerSlam 2019 against Brock Lesnar, it would again kick start a glorious reign for the architect.

After being affected with leukemia, the four-time world champion Roman Reigns might be back for this year’s SummerSlam. The wrestler’s bookings have been quite stable this year and he has also gained the support of the WWE universe.

Kofi Kingston is also a favourite for the SummerSlam 2019 Universal Championship because of his win against Joe in another pay-per-view match. Because of his great records, he is also expected to put up a great fight against Brock Lesnar
