Pep Guardiola has undergone a routine procedure to address a back issue today.
The head of Manchester City has been grappling with significant back discomfort in recent times, leading him to seek immediate medical attention. He traveled to Barcelona for an unscheduled surgery conducted by Dr. Mireia Illueca. The surgery was successful, and now Pep will focus on his recuperation and rehabilitation in Barcelona.
During his absence, assistant manager Juanma Lillo will take charge of the first-team coaching sessions on the training ground and assume responsibilities on the sidelines until Pep’s return. It is anticipated that he will resume his duties after the upcoming international break.
