Real Madrid to offer Chelsea a super swap deal to land Eden Hazard – Reports

Chelsea star Eden Hazard seems to be Real Madrid’s biggest target this summer and if reports in Spain are to be believed, Zinedine Zidane is ready to offer the services of Gareth Bale to the Blues in order to make this deal happen.

There is bound to be a lot of movement in the summer at Real after the Blancos totally bombed in their domestic competitions. Out of all domestic cups and staring at 15-point gap in the La Liga table, the Champions League now seems to be the only salvation for Madrid.

The Belgian has long been linked with a move to the Spanish capital and many believe that the summer of 2018 could finally bring that to fruition. The playmaker has been disgruntled in recent times with the way Antonio Conte has used him and with Real sure to strengthen their squad following their disaster of a season, the move might soon be a reality.

While Zidane is believed to be a big fan of Hazard, according to Don Balon. However, it is still not clear whether the Frenchman will be at the helm of affair at Bernabeu this coming season.

Is the move feasible?

Hazard has two and a half season left on his contract. However, it still remains to be seen whether he will commit his long-term future to the Blues – especially after his recent rift with Conte.

This should certainly make any swap deal with Madrid with Gareth Bale included an enticing one for Chelsea. Bale, who starred in the Premier League for Tottenham before his move to Madrid would be a perfect replacement for Hazard.

The one thing, however, that will certainly be a red-flag in this deal is Bale’s durability. The Welshman has been battling injuries all season. He has appeared in only half Real’s league games whilst taking to the pitch only twice in the Champions League.

Bale has also been linked time and again with a move back to the Premier League with Manchester United being the prominent name linked with his signature. However, with Real believed to be fancying a move for the talented Hazard, West London might well be Bale’s new home in the coming days.
