Real Madrid News: Midfielder furious with Zidane’s tactics even after Leganes win

Real Madrid managed to pull off yet another come-from-behind win on Wednesday (their third in a row) against Leganes. Strikes from Lucas Vasquez and Casemiro in the first half combined with Sergio Ramos’ goal in the second sealed a 3-1 win for the Blancos after they had fallen behind within the opening six minutes.

However, one Real player was left fuming when the final whistle blew.

That player was none other than Dani Ceballos – who was brought in at the end of the game who was on the pitch for a mere 29 seconds before the referee brought an end to the proceedings.

The 21-year-old was reportedly furious at being humiliated in such manner and is growing increasingly frustrated at the lack of opportunities at the Bernabeu.

Dani Carvajal, however, saw the reaction as a good sign from the former Betis man.

'There are 24 players in the squad and we all want to play,' Carvajal said after the game.

'If someone doesn't play and they don't get angry it's even bad for the team.

'Wanting to play and show what you can do is good.

'At the end of the day there are many games, so the coach is rotating a lot.

'We all have to give our all because the team benefits and if the team wins we will all be happy.

'The coach needs us all.

'In three days we have another game, then on Tuesday we play again, and we have to be prepared to give our all and make things difficult.

'They are the coach's decisions, my teammates and I will go to the death with him.'

Ceballos moved to Madrid last summer for a fee of around €18 million from Real Betis. The midfielder has, however, failed to make it to the Real starting line-up even though they have been struggling.

With only two starts this season in all competitions, one can understand the growing annoyance for the youngster.
