Man Utd news: Real Madrid plan STUNNING £120 m Paul Pogba raid

REAL MADRID are lining up a summer move for Paul Pogba, according to reports.

The France international has struggled to make the required impact at Manchester United since his £89 million move in 2016.

The midfielder was brought in to be the heartbeat of Jose Mourinho’s side but he has not had the same effect which he had at former club Juventus.

And according to the Sun, Real Madrid are plotting to take Pogba to the Bernabeu as part of their summer shake-up.

Los Blancos are having a terrible season by their standards as they sit fourth in La Liga and have crashed out of the Copa del Rey.

Zinedine Zidane is expected to be given a war chest to play with at the end of the campaign to freshen up his squad.

And Pogba has emerged as a possible candidate to spark life back into the midfield.

Real lost out on signing the 24-year-old 18 months ago when he decided to leave Serie A.

And the Sun add that he would cost at least £120 m to prise away from United.

The report adds that Mourinho has no intention of selling his key midfielder.

Pogba is currently into his second year of his five-year contract.
