Qatar T10 League 2019, Match 11: Falcon Hunters vs Flying Oryx Preview And SportsMonks Fantasy XI
The Falcon Hunters take on the Flying Oryx in the 11th match of the Qatar T10 League 2019. The Hunters handed the Desert Riders their first defeat of the campaign by beating them by six wickets as they chased down a modest total of 90. Courtesy this win the Hunters are placed third on the points table just above the Oryx who are fourth.
All the Hunters bowlers bowled tight line and lengths which made run-scoring difficult for the opposition batsmen. Later Amla and Butt made an easy task of the chase. They would like to replicate the same performance against the Oryx had their last match washed out against the Heat Stormers. Amla, Butt, Charles and Babar Hayat make the batting core of the Hunters. Tom Abell gives them his all-round abilities as well.
The Oryx have the high-flying Andre Fletcher and Krishmar Santokie in their ranks. They lost their match against the Desert Riders before their rained out game. Fletcher was not a part of the playing XI despite his T10 League heroics to show for. Skipper Hussain Talat and his teammate Sompal Kami give the Oryx the all-round balance in the middle-order.
As far as the pitch and the playing conditions are concerned, the pitch at the Asian Town Stadium in Doha is getting flatter with every game which is being played in the Qatar T0 League 2019 and is expected to help the batters even more as the tournament progresses. Rain also seems to have get past the tournament after interrupting it for a day.
With all the teams approaching to their stipulated five matches, the race to getting to the final four is getting tougher. The competition between the teams to win games is visible in their performance. Its time for the key players in the team to step up their performance as they have a tournament to win.
