  1. Chris Gayle

It is surprising that Universe Boss has made it in this list, and he has topped this list. It’s an open secret that Gayle has been one superstar of the T20 cricket. He has even played for over twenty all across the globe. The runs that he scored are about 13022 and hundreds he scored are 22! The half-century list is about 80, while sixes are about 959! And not to forget the highest score individually are 175and Gayle also owns T20 most of the batting records.

Nevertheless, he has simply been a flop in PSL. Jamaican opener also has played a total of seasons of PSL! There, he had represented Kings and Qalandars. However, in 14 games that he played, Gayle only mustered around 263 runs at 18.78averages! Plus, 127.05 strikes-rates happen to be poor too. Additionally, PSL happens to be a league where Gayle has never scored the T20 ton.

  1. Kevin Pietersen

When Pietersen entered IPL 2009auction, he acquired a position of being the biggest attraction. The RCB or Royal Challengers Bangalore bought former captain of England for staggering amount of about 1.55 USD million. Nevertheless, he already kept shifting the teams yet he got successful. Pietersen played a total of 36 games here in IPL for 3 teams. And much to the knowledge of fans, he amassed about 1001 runs. It was just in stark contrast to the record in PSL. Pietersenalso played 3 seasons for Gladiators.

  1. Andre Russell

Andre Russell also became T20 beast and he might be a hard hitter of the cricket ball in the entire world. For him, no targets are difficult for a reach! And his potentials of hitting sixes in such a way is just remarkable. He also showed multiple occasions in IPL. The hitting rounder star won games for KKR or Kolkata Knight Riders! Nevertheless, Russell got no-shows in PSL. He has already been great with ball (i.e., 21 wickets / 18 games). And his struggles that has had was just not unreal with batting. Russell also had batted about 13 times that combined for about Islamabad United as well as Multan Sultans but also could only muster about 134 runs. Therefore, he has been one of the great flops with batting in PSL.

  1. Brendon McCullum

McCullum has been arguably a great New Zealand wicket-keeper. The contributions that he made for Kiwis are just magnificent. He might not have been one outstanding number but he had a massive impact on games wherever he got to play! While he did wonders in IPL, his record in PSL was just not worth his skills.

  1. Dwayne Bravo

There’s no wonder that in the history of the T20, cricket has had more wickets, more than Bravo (with about 490 wickets). He is an all-rounder West Indian player who might have had higher economy! However, the ability to pick the wickets at a regular interval is what makes him the best of the bowlers to have his own share of business in the field and that too in the shortest format. Additionally, his capability of chipping in and contributing with bat is just amazing. However, he is one of the names who have been a flop in PSL.

Thus, this compiles everything to know about the players who did wonders with their hits in IPL but failed to impress fans in the PSL league.
