MSD & Suresh Raina gloved-up and took to the nets in their yellow jersey at the Chepauk Stadium for the upcoming IPL season beginning on March 29. MSD has not represented the country since India’s exit from the 50-over World Cup in England last year but received a hero’s welcome after reaching Chennai as numerous players began their preparations for the start and Suresh Raina who was a part of India’s 2011 World Cup-winning team under Dhoni seemed to be the most excited on the team’s reunion.

MSD & Suresh Raina have shared a close relationship, having been teammates in the Indian team as well as CSK for numerous years and their bromance was caught on camera. The video is going viral and CSK fans can’t stop adoring “Chinna Thala” Raina and “Thala” Dhoni hugging it out in a surprise meeting.

Meanwhile, fans and admirers of Dhoni were waiting in bated breath for their ‘thala’ to get back into action. Their prayers finally yielded fruits as the wicketkeeper-batsman on Monday gloved-up and took to the nets in his yellow jersey.
